You can prove relationship history but in finance if its lower 40,000 gross income no point to pay fee to lawyer....
Instead of Appeal submit new application

We send all the documents a consulate asked me but they didn’t send in Dublin.
We prove all documents, we are all okay. That’s the reason we want to hire a immigration solicitors and to speed up the procedure.

Please if you don’t mind to tell me about your case.
When did you appeal?
Who was your solicitor and what was the reason they refused your visa?

Please do not ask for solicitor details. Members are not permitted to post names and information about solicitors on the forum!!

You have already been asked not ask for such information.

Withdraw appeal visa

Post by Dbs123 » Thu Sep 03, 2020 7:24 pm

Hello

I appeal my visa in march 2020 And December 2018 is processing now in Dublin

So I just want to know , can I withdraw my application and to apply after 1 month with new application because it takes to much to process my appeal? I can’t wait 2-3 years for spouse visa.
Thank you

You can withdraw any time you like and submit new but it will take longer with a new application

But they move a date of new applications more frequently than date of appeal.
