Tower hamlets - Private Ceremony

Since their phone number provided on HO acceptance letter never works and directs you to their website, how long has anyone had to wait to get a response to an email for private ceremony from tower hamlets.

Go there and get it sorted face-to-face if you can.

There is no point calling the councils for the ceremony, they never pick-up the phone and I don't think they return emails neither.

On face-to-face they are usually nice and helpful but often understaffed to take care of the phone.
