Entry Clearance (1 month visa) Expiring

I am out of UK. My Tier-2 Entry Clearance (1-month visa) is expiring but my present employer will relieve me after 3 months. What is the way around?

Is there any way to extend Entry clearance? Does anyone know about "Replacement visa" particularly its maximum allowable duration?

Update: "ECB17.3 (Replacing a 30 day short validity (travel) vignette)" can be a possible solution. But can it be used after 3 months?
