12-month AN Naturalisation requirement

Post by rons4174 » Fri Jan 24, 2020 11:10 pm

I had a query regarding the AN British Naturalisation requirement. One of the requirement is to make sure that you have spent less than 90 days out of UK in the last 12-month.

Does this period start from the date of application or from the biometric date? Which is the right date to be considered?

Please let me know.

The date of application, which is the date you submit and pay online. This is also the relevant date for the physically present in the UK exactly 5 years ago mandatory requirement.

The biometric appointment date is irrelevant.
