Hi zimba , cr001, all friends,

I have got question, please help,

I have got my extension approval in March 18 but I moved to new house in July 17 , but I had all post redirected to new address , now question is what dates should I write on form as I have only redirected not change on application that time,

Please share thought and help

State July 2017. I would assume you would have changed your other documents on the new address anyways like council tax bill, license etc anyways.

Congratulations.

Your daughter does not need to complete 5 years. You can apply for her ILR now and then apply for citizenship 1 year later.

It is just the expiry of the card. For example renewing a driving license. You will have to renew the card after 2024 incase you do not plan to apply for citizenship after 1 year.

My daughter came uk in dec 2015, and we all got our extension, and now me and my wife got ilr in last year November, my daughter got her leave to remain till 2/3/2020,

Now question is can she apply for ilr or I have apply her for extension only,

My daughter was born in India, ok I will apply her ikr as well with us ,

Why did you not apply for the child when you and your wife applied as advised last year already??

Apply for ilr, as we advised you to last year. There was no need to leave her off applying when you and your spouse did, you should have included her in your application.

There is no minimum 5 years residence requirement for children!! They qualify when both parents are applying, event if they have only been in the UK for 1 year.
