How to check Visa Curtailment online

Post by gdenzilg » Sat Jan 25, 2020 3:14 pm

Hello Guys.

I was informed by employer of request to home office for my visa curtailement, i havent received letter from home office and its 2 months now.

Is there a way to check online if indeed my visa has been curtailed.

Visa curtailment letters take a few months.

There is no online portal you can check if it is curtailed.

Perhaps, I don't know. The link will only tell if you have right to work and not if your visa is curtailed.

i mean if the visa gets curtailed, does the right to work date change? or will it show if you no longer have the right to work?

No you do not. Many do it without legal/advisor assistance.

In my view... NO. Tier 2 General application is by far the easiest one compared to any other visa application.

It's up to you really.

If you know you can fill a form, attach all required documents and send them, that's fine. Do it yourself.

If you think you can miss pages, forget documents and compromise your application or miss critical deadlines, then by all means, go for a good immigration advisor who would do it properly for you.

The added value is to have the application correctly put (when the advisor knows what he is doing!!!). But an advisor won't increase the chances of you getting a successful outcome.
