Don't understand the question - there are no agents here who can "arrange" your documents. We can only help you if you have questions about your application

Sorry marcnath you misunderstood my query.

Could you please let me know what documents I need for my family to extend their dependant visa extension to complete their 5 years as I have already been granted ilr through Tier 1 Entrepreneur?

Many Thanks

If you have got the 5 year visa route, then there is no difference in the documents needed as compared to any previous extension.

Read the guidance or search this forum and ask specific questions if you have any.

Hi marcnath

Do I need to show £630/per dependant maintenance for 90days, if yes so in which account, mine OR wife? my wife is not working, Also if I do need to maintain for them, do I need to maintain for me as well?

I have 4 dependants & myself in on ILR and their dependant's visa expiry is 29th May 2020.

I will ask further questions when the application is due

Many Thanks

You will apply for dependants extension as you would normally do along with your application, your T1 based (your company documents) will be replaced by your ILR. Yes you need to show maintenance for the family reset experts can tell you

Dear All Moderators

Sorry, I am unable to find my old threads asked question when finding yesterday but unable to find out the thread and reply now, so asked the same question here again:

I got ILR through Tier 1 Entrepreneur in November 2019 and my 4 dependants visa expiry is the end of May 2020 while they will complete 4 years and 3 months at that time.

For their extension, I need £630/each to maintain for 90days! Do I need my own maintenance with them? also which personal account needs to be maintained myself OR wife account?

The answer will be highly appreciated.

Many Thanks

Hi Cr001

Thank you for this, but just to clarify that:

IHS £1200 x 3 years plus the costs £1878 for each family member?

so £3078 each family member?

Hi

I am just checking that does corona virus issues effect my family immigration. Do I still need to apply extension at same time OR any guidance from home office on the new application etc. I am sorry for my ignorance but just asking that the saving I have is now to use for my survival as its really very hard to maintain business in current scenario. Their visas are due for extension by the end of May 2020.

Please guide

Hi marcnath

Thank you for the link.

Its confusing for me. Should I send my family details on the mention email. I thought its for visitor visas or for those who can change their status.

Yes, you need to.

But you mentioned that your family visa expires end of May anyway. So, while you can get it extended until 31st May, I am not sure there is any big difference.

Not sure what the issue is. Since you have ILR, the dependent extension is quite straightforward. And your family can apply for ILR once they complete 5 years.

You can write to HO as per the link sent earlier but that just gives your family another two days - not sure if that makes any difference. Of course, no one knows what the situation is going to be at that time.

Yes, understand it is going to be quite a good amount of money - I assume none of your kids were UK born - but if your business is affected by the corona virus, you can hopefully tap into some of the business support schemes that will help cover the costs.

But other than that, there is nothing much that anyone can help you with in this forum if that is the issue.
