European countries tax don't tax foreign income?

Hey, not really sure if this is the right place to ask but I thought I should give it a shot anyhow.

I recently acquired a Portuguese citizenship via naturalization. I'm wondering if anyhow knows of European countries who don't tax or have a low rate on income derived from outside of the country. Thanks.
