Question about spouse in application

Hi, I am doing to Youth Mobility Scheme visa and it is asking me if I have a spouse already in the UK. My boyfriend (who is a UK citizen) is with me in Canada right now and we are planning to move together to the UK. I am unsure whether to include him, and if so which address I should use. He suggested using his parents address, but I think we should use our current Canadian address as this is the address we are both living at during the application process.

If he is your boyfriend, he is not your spouse.

He's listed as a "unmarried partner" and it's still asking for all of this information.

Then use your current address.
