I was on TIER 4 dependent and switched over to TIER 2 general a employer sponsor visa in Dec 2019. My wife she has got valid TIER 4 visa till Jan 2021 and my son is (aged
is under TIER 4 dependent now. Only I moved from TIER 4 dependent to TIER 2 General last month with the valid visa till 2024 Dec. I am planning to move my wife and my son to TIER 2 General dependent by July 2020. I would like to confirm the below points so that I don't miss out anything:
1) My wife and my son can apply for the TIER 2 dependent within UK
2) I need to maintain £1260 for 90 days (£630 for each applicants)
Is there anything else I need to take care to ensure the application is successful.
I tried my best to search the forum before I post the message and most of the messages were related to TIER 4 to TIER 2 general but not for TIER 2 dependent.
