Dependent visa extension

Hi all , can any one share with me the require documents for extension of tier 1 ent dependent visa , (wife visa guaranteed sep 2019 till May 2020 ) I’m going to apply for my ILR via 5 years route tier 1 ent with my wife visa extension . ( somebody told me I need cohabitation documents and wife job payslips to show £18600 to get visa under 5 years tier 1 ent route after my ILR ,otherwise she will go through 10 years base ) ?
