IHS fees refund process

I want to know how can i get my IHS application fees refund? Its been over 4 months now.

I came in the UK October 2019 as a Tier 4 Student Visa. During my application i paid twice NHS fees, but i continued the visa application with the second one. So, i should be refunded automatically. But i did not receive refund yet. I tried to contact with the home office but failed to do so. What should i need to do to get refund?

Ask the international student adviser at your university if they can liaise with the Home Office on your behalf.
