1. Online MN1 application form + 2 Referees as per the guidelines + application fees
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -Jul19.pdf

2. Booking an Biometrics appointment with UKVCAS (https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/locations) , which can be done only after completing the online application MN1 and paying the fees

3. Below Supporting documents scanned and needs to be uploaded to UKVCAS portal before going to Biotmetrics appointment at UKVCAS centres

a. Proof one parent is either is British or has indefinite leave to remain.
b. Full UK Birth certificate showing both parents names.
c. Parents passports / ILR BRP
d. Child's passport (if they have got one)
e. Scanned Referee documents
f. Address proof
g. Parent Marriage Certificate
h. Parents Consent form

Hope this helps, if in case i have missed , the community members would provide more details.

It is NO. You are not an EU citizen or an EEA family member with PR under EU rules.

Father and mother only need to sign page 1
page 2 is for guardian not for us
What about page 3 ?
do I need to sign on behalf of child or just need to leave it .
