Tier 2 ILR application - Immigration Problem

Post by 412827948 » Tue Feb 04, 2020 3:35 pm

Hi all, I have a question around the Immigration Problem question in ILR application form. I am not sure if I should answer "Yes" or " No" here.

The question is "Have you ever been:
refused a visa for the UK
deported from the UK
removed from the UK
required to leave the UK
refused entry at the UK border"

My visa background:
Tier 4 Student visa (curtailed to 14 Oct 2014 as early completion of degree) - I left Uk on 9th September 2014
Tier 2 General working visa (28 Jan 2015 until now). No issue since that.

As our company Legal representative answered "No" during my Tier 2 renew application in 2017, they sugguest that I should put "No" and put this curtailed informaiotn in "Additional information Section". However, I cannot see any "Additional information Section" in the application form. Therefore, I am not sure if I should select "Yes" here.

Many thanks

Thank you for the reply.

Just wondering if there are any sections that I can mention this? I am worrying this could be count as dishonest.
