Settlement requirements

Afternoon all
I m on the entrepreneur visa
But i want to ask About the settlement visa
Should i apply with all the paperwork as business accounts,the workers, vat,tax returns etc.

Or it will be easy process than this

By "settlement visa" do you actually mean ILR??

A settlement visa is a spouse visa for 2.5 years!!

I mean ILR
What is the specific requirement for it as i will be in the uk for 5 years

Have you read the tier 1 guidance notes or done any reading on the forum as this question is asked almost daily?

ILR requirements

good afternoon all,
I m under the tier 1 entrepreneur visa and will apply for the ILR, my immigration advisor told me that we just need the
1-company paper to prove it is still running and you are the director
2-pay roll for 1 year for 2 full-time employee
and that's it.

I want to be sure is this all what we need for the ILR or there is something else, please advice me.
