Tier 2 or 10 year long residence for ILR?

Post by jake89 » Sat Feb 15, 2020 1:48 pm

Hi. From January 2020, I am eligible to apply for ILR via 5 year residence under Tier 2 Visa. Also, I am eligible for the 10 year long residence since I entered the UK since January 2010 under Tier 4.

Which route is better to use? Considering fees and documents needed. Thanks.

Fees are the same regardless of your ilr route.

Long residence has less documents but sticker absence rules.
