Here is what I submitted to prove the genuine aspect of the marriage - I won’t include the other requirements because they are mandatory and the proof of evidence of relationship is dependent per couple

What’s app call log - call log showed duration and number / chat log (on what’s app when you scroll you can see the date of chat so I did the screenshot with that - I showed a couple from his side too
Pictures on the wedding of us, with family and signing the Nikkah
Pictures at his house
Pictures post wedding with him and his family
Hotel receipts when we went away for a mini honeymoon
Uber receipts showing our travel from hotel to various places in Pakistan which matched the post wedding pics
Gift receipts of things he’s sent me
My airplane ticket

You also need a letter of employment if you’re salaried confirm hours, job role, length of employment dates

Hope this helps

You risk ho refusing a visa due to your employment not being genuine and only appearing as "genuine" for visa purposes only to receive a "salary".

There is substantial evidence you have to submit if you are working for a family member.

You won't just need the payslips & bank statements rather an extensive range of documents relating to company will be required as you working for your family member. Other than paid annual leave all other payments while being outside the UK might not be considered because no bona fide business pays that unless the business has overseas branch and the an employee as part of his contract works there for a while.

His visa and immigration route is completely irrelevant to your spouse visa application under different rules completely.

Your employment may well be considered non genuine and the visa refused because you are actually NOT working if you have been out of the UK for 3/4 months. The fact that your are still being paid as an employee of a relative's business will certainly raised a red flag.

Mistakhan is been working in follwoing company since july 2015

T1E Extension

T1E to ILR

indefinite-leave-to-remain/questions-re ... 54111.html

So let me assure you its a genuine company in high street west london. and mistakhan is been working there since july 2015.

as he is my brother so i let him enjoying before and after time of marriage till he gets visa permission for his wife. when he arrives back he will carry on doing job in the same company where he is employed for about 55 months . all his taxed pension and related thing are update. his pay increase happened in april 2019. company or job is genuine or not i have million ways to prove its genuine but
only question here is that me giving my brother permission to stay in Pakistan for this long time . is that ok or not ?

It casts doubt on his employment, specifically as he is employed by a family member. Could cast doubt on your immigration route too and the mandatory requirements you had to meet.

People don't get 4 months holiday and full pay from normal "non related" employers.

Really important to note that the tier 1 rules are completely separate and different with different requirements to a spouse visa.

come on CR001. WHY WOULD IT CAST DOUBTS on my application. you are telling my all those year that my brother invested in my electronics store would go down the drain just because he is my brother?

you telling me home office missed this point that. my brother and i share same house. our father mother same. we came from same back home. ? we share same surename.

is it illegal to have family member on job?
i come from a culture where brother would give his blood for brother and you are saying why would i give 4 months paid holiday to my brother.

you can say that may be its not in line with immigration rules to give pay while one person is not working but dont say that its not genuine job. as he is working for this company when he is in uk

You are confusing completely two different visa routes and requirements.

You are not thinking like Jo does. A 4 months holiday is not normal.

If your brother wishess to succeed with a spouse visa, he should do it properly and avoid ANY scrutiny and reason for ho to refuse. This is besides the extensive paperwork of yours/your business that is required and mandatpry as he is employed by a family member.

A spouse visa currently is taking more than 90 days. If he expects to wait it out, that is 7 month without "working", which to HO, will look as non genuine employment.

It is unheard of that people get such long periods of work absence for a holiday on full pay.
