ILR

Post by London201506 » Fri Jan 03, 2020 6:13 am

Hi,

I am new to this forum. Please excuse me if this questions are asked before.

I am qualified for ILR. I entered UK March 2nd 20-5 but my visa was stamped on Feb 20th, which 28 days before I should consider.

And I had 4 months gap between my first and second application, which I applied after receiving curtailment letter, but during this period. Now I have overdraft balance since 3 years will this effect.

Hi Zimba,

Tier 2 general route,

1st visa stamped on 2015 feb 20th. Arrived in uk on March 2nd 2015; lost job in November 2015.

Curtailment received in Jan 2016 and 2nd visa was stamped on feb 28th 2016 with March 2nd as start date in new job.

3rd visa issued on October 2017. Which is going on. I will qualify for ILR March 2020 or Feb.

Have continues overdraft since March 2017

You should be fine. Your overdraft is irrelevant to ILR

ILR concerns of sponsor reporting

Post by London201506 » Fri Feb 07, 2020 8:12 am

Hi,

My first employer issued visa to me in Feb 2015 but this was curtailed on November 2015.. I received curtailment letter and applied for new visa which was approved and work started from March 2016, after this period I visited India for couple of times once in May 2017 and second time in March 2018. Both the time UK border agency has stopped me and checked my records and verified by answers.. Did my first sponsor reported anything wrong on me... I am not sure will this impact my ILR application is big concern... can a sponsor harm your ILR eligibility by reporting something against you...is there any way to know this...any help is much appreciated

1. We are ALL unpaid volunteers here and all have other work and family commitments!!

2. You are overthinking. There is no issue here.

ILR previous employer letter for absences

Post by London201506 » Fri Mar 06, 2020 4:11 am

Hi,

I have applied for ILR I could not obtain latter from my previous employer about the Absences outside UK

The total absences are less then 30 days in last 5 years.

May 2018 1st to May 13 2018
March 8th2017 to March 16th 2017

Will this be an issue as I have applied for ILR now with the SETO application and declared could not able to provide the letter from previous employer will submit passport stamps.
