i am student in uk. ihave 20 hours work permit so i have 2 job so i am work 40 hour per week so what does effect in my bisa and further which problem i have to faced

It is 20 hours per week in TOTAL, not 20 hours per week per employer. When do you attend your course if you are working 40 hours per week??

You are in breach of your visa conditions.

And your employers are facilitating illegal working, so they are liable for prosecution and fines.

In addition to what CR001 said. Remember this can affect your future Visa applications. So it's better to play safe and work within your visa conditions to show good character.
