Tier 2 Dependent Application - Required Documents Checklist

Hello Can someone please guide me to gather and sort out all the documents that my wife would require for a successful application as a dependent of my current Tier 2 Migrant Visa?
My wife is applying from Pakistan while I am in the UK. I am currently employed by an A-rated sponsor company. Thanks.
