Documents Checklist

Post by ASIF82 » Thu Feb 20, 2020 9:29 am

Hello, I am naturalised British citizen and was on tier 1 General route. My wife recently got her ILR and now I am applying for her naturalization certificate. I wonder if you can please help me with following questions,

I have completed from AN, would i get passport as well with NC or do I need to apply separately

I have got the following list of documents please let me know if this is ok

The passport issued by Country for Mrs (original passport)

Mrs certificate proving you have a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR
or higher (Original Certificate)

Proof of living in the UK for Mrs
(Do I need to provide cohabitation documents here for last 5 years, as i understand from various posts that bankstatements are not acceptable)

Your marriage or civil partnership certificate (original marriage certificate)

Mrs proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions (ILR Biometric card)

Two referee declarations for Mrs (two references done)

One proof of British citizenship for Mr (such as a passport or UK citizenship certificate) (My full passport)

Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mrs ((ILR Biometric card)
