What's your husband's nationality and what's the purpose of travel?

Visit?

Stay there to live in Norway for the foreseeable future?

Suggest read the users numerous posts of all types of scenarios and family questions.

Husband is Norwegian and apparently lives in Scotland.

Are you going for two months or are you going to live in Norway (indefinitely)? Those are two different things.

Anyway, if your husband is Norwegian and you have not lived with him in Scotland or elsewhere in the EU/EEA, then you can't move under EU rules of free movement, you'll have to fulfill the requirements of Norwegian domestic immigration laws:

https://www.udi.no/en/want-to-apply/family-immigration

Also, even though there is the possibility to get an EU visa at the border (when travelling with your husband and going to an EU country he is not a national of) but in practice, this often only works when arriving at the border by car/train, etc. - no airline will let you board in Pakistan without a valid visa.
