Advice Required Regards Dependent Visa Type

Hello All

I am looking for some advice regards what visa i need to apply for; for my wife

I was on the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa and have been granted ILR for 5 years continous residence, my wife's dependent visa expires in July 2020 and i am unsure as to which visa to apply for.

She has been in the Uk for 4 years on the Tier 1 Ent Dependent Visa

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent Visa
or the
ILR Spouse Visa?

Tier 1 dependent. It will be a 3 year extension.
