Naturalization Ceremony

Hi Guys, i got my invitation to book a citizenship ceremony yesterday and was so happy to have finally got it.
I have been trying to book an appointment at the local councils website online since the minute i opened the letter but i keep getting an error saying 'Home Office reference not found'. Has anyone else had this issue and do you know why it happens and if there is something i need to do to fix it?

All advice appreciated.

why don't you phone the council or give it 24-48 hours and check again?
