ILR Eligibility for T2 General Dependent

Good Day !!!

I want to get a clarification, apologies if its a duplicate.
The UK Gov site, little confusing, they state to choose the main applicant visa category if you are dependant.

1. What's your situation?
Choose the option which describes you best. If you have a visa as the dependant of someone else, select their visa.

Situation: I was in T2 ICT visa for 4 years and my spouse joined me in UK two years back. My wife moved to T2 General main applicant and I am here dependent. we haven't been out of UK for more than 180 days in a year.

Questions:

Does our ICT count towards 5 year residence for T2 General route ?

Can my wife apply for ILR after 3 years ?

Can I as T2 general dependent apply for ILR after an year ?

No.

Can my wife apply for ILR after 3 years ?

No. She needs 5 years on Tier 2 General before she becomes eligible to apply for ILR.

Can I as T2 general dependent apply for ILR after an year ?

No. You needs 5 years on Tier 2 General dependent before you become eligible to apply for ILR.

Step 1: Choose the option which describes you best. If you have a visa as the dependant of someone else, select their visa.
As per my status - T2 G Dependent (So selected work visa)

Step 2: What's your visa? (T2 G)

Requesting clarification on this part:
The 5 years can include time in the UK on a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) visa if one of the following applies:
b) the continuous residence includes time where you had a work permit granted because you were the subject of an Intra-Company Transfer

b) refers to the old style Work Permit which was discontinued in 2098 when the PBS route came into effect. The old style work permit is NOT the same as the tier 2 ICT visa.
