Hello everyone,

Is it possible for a Stamp 3 holder to leave Ireland for a year for the purpose of ERASMUS in another EU country (France) without any penalities? In addition 6 months before they leave (late April) they will qualify for 5 years reckonable residence and will also launch citizenship application? Will absence affect this or not?

In what ways is it possible for a Stamp 3 holder to change into a Stamp 1 without an employer permit?
