Timeline:
EU1 form submitted: sept 2016
EU1 refused: july 2017
EU1 form review: aug 2017
EU1 review refused: sept 2017
Case goes to repatriation unit,
letter received from INIS removal order not issued aug 2018, long term residence will decided in the coming week
letter received from INIS your case is attached to chenchooliah case sept 2019
Case pending till now. no stamp nothing till now.
chenchooliah cases can get a removal order.
I might to UK, and try my luck.

chenchooliah cases can get a removal order.

arz1986@ is that confirmation from inis that all chenchooliah related cases will get removal letter soon.
Is that final outcome of this judgement then??

i think they just want to test the pateince of the people. i dont think they want to give any permission to those peolple who fall in this judgement.

@azee81, i think, INIS try to appeal the decision of nadeem case judgement in high court, but high court donot allow IT. the INIS appeal is refused now NADEEM can make appeal, within 2 weeks, to issue the visa, if he win the appeal then this case is very useful to others. it will take 2 months more.

resubmit all the update documents to INIS again. 16 weeks they will take decision again. people are getting this letter.
