Looking to claim benefits

Hi CR001

I am have recently granted an ILR on the basis of Tier2 general 5 year route and my wife got extension as PBS dependent and her ILR due this year and myself due for naturalization for citizenship.

Child born in uk and UK passport holder, Can you please guide me what kind of benefits I can claim and will claiming those benefits will impact our visa this year?
