BRP delivery- anyone facing a delay 2020

Post by Farhani » Wed Mar 04, 2020 10:39 pm

Hey is anyone facing delay in BRP delivery.
I applied for FLR FP through super priority service on 14/02/2020 and approved same day. I haven't my BRP since then. Feel so stressed despite paying thousands of pounds.

Hi,

I was in the same position, I applied on Thursday 13th Feb 2020, got my decision Friday 14th Feb 2020 by email. On Tuesday 18th Feb 2020 I received my letter saying I will receive my BRP within 7 working days and if I don't receive it by 10 working days I should contact them.

I waited to the 10th working day and called the HO general line they told me to report online and someone will get back to me within 5 working days.

After two working days I received an email with my tracking number for TNT. They tried to deliver it but I wasn't in but they didn't leave an attempt card so I re-scheduled for this Saturday :D

They have changed deliver partner from DX to TNT. Try calling this number 0345 608 0630 for TNT to see if they have it. Also fill out the report, someone will contact you within 5 working days.

Hope this helps.

Congratulation your visa approval.I received an email stating that there is a technical issue with production of BRP. And they are trying to resolve it ASAP.
I'll try to ring TNT tomorrow and see if they got anything for me. Thanks alot for your help and wish you the best.

Did this get sorted? Today is day 11 for me and still nothing. I'm harassing TNT on the phone and still haven't heard back from HO.

Any ideas?

Harassing innocent TNT personnel will not make the HO process your BRP faster. With your kind words you can make a difference in someone's day. Exercise some patience since HO told you there is technical issues.

I think you misunderstood what I meant to say. No, I'm not "HARASSING INNOCENT PERSONNEL". What I meant is that I'm calling them once or twice a day.

The HO hasn't said anything about my late BRP, so I don't know what you're talking about.

Hey, finally I have received my BRP on Saturday by TNT, now waiting for my passport to come. I used that link to report twice and received an email on Friday that it was produced on 4th of march 2020 and will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days . use that link again and ring TNT again. Dont harass them as its not their fault but BRP team's. Good luck
