Urgent !ILR Tier 1 50k route proof of working hours

Hi all

My tier 1 50k was initial granted in 17/03/2015, extension granted in 08/07/2019, I have just handed in ILR application in 09/03/2020. Biometric appointment booked in 11/03/2020. My question is on the 12 month job creation.

Appendix A table 6 states
The jobs must have existed for at least 12 months during the applicant’s most recent grant of leave or, where that leave was granted less than 12 months ago, for at least the 12 months immediately before the date of application.

I understand as the 12 month period calculated from 09/03/2020. How can I prove the job hours from 01/03/2020 to 09/03/20 as the payslip wont be ready till next month. Can I submit the payslip when I get it next month after the biometric appointment? Any advice please? Thank you.

Updated: My accountant just confirmed they can produce the payslip for this month (March 2020) now, so can I use the payslip to prove the working hours from 01/03/2020-09/03/2020?

Yes you can. You must show your have created/maintained two positions where an employee worked in that position full time for at least 52 weeks since 09/03/2019

Thank you Zimba, my accountant told me that the RTI submission wont be available till the end of the month (March). Is payslip sufficient to prove that the employees still in the position?

No you need the RTI submissions too

No. You need from 09-03-19 till 08-03-2020. You will have to send the proof for 8 days in March 2020.

You can not claim any points before 09-03-2019.

Its best to get payslips and RTI from your accountant. Not sure why your accountant can not provide you an early RTI.

Worst case scenario, Tier 1 Ent ILR takes a couple of months to decide.

You can post the evidence asap by Mid/End March.

If you do not provide evidence for March 2020, you will risk not qualifying points for Job Creation.

The best to avoid this situation could be to apply exactly on 1st March 2020 but too late.
