Were the children born in the UK?
UPDATE: the post header says so - apologies.

They don't qualify for citizenship based on your ilr if they were born outside the UK.

They would only qualify had they been born within the UK.

i am a resident of non EEA country
Do you live outside the UK or in the UK?? Unclear from this sentence what you mean.

If you live outside the UK, how long has it been since you left the UK?

Your children don't qualify for citizenship.

They would have to apply for the same visa as your spouse if you want then to come lie in the UK.

To expand further on my colleague's point above, any children born to you abroad before the date of your naturalisation certificate will have the same UK Immigration status as that of the less-privileged parent (in this case, their mother) and will need to move to the UK on the same visa as their other parent for at least five years before they can apply for ILR.

Your British citizenship acquired after their birth will not assist or benefit them in any way to acquire British citizenship automatically.

Depending on their age when they get ILR, they can then either be registered as British citizens (before their 18th birthday) or naturalise in their own right , meeting all the requirements (after their 18th birthday).
