Need help with letter

Hi,

I'm travelling to Spain next month with my family.
My daughter (age 5) and I hold British passport and my wife holds Indian passport with Resident Permit Card.

I'm applying for the Visa through BSL London who have advised it's better to apply for EU spouse visa instead of tourist since I hold British passport.

We've been told I need to write a letter to Spain Consulate saying we are travelling together.

Is there any place I can download a template? I'm not told what details to write on the letter so I'm a bit confused.

My check list so far is:

Her passport
Two photos
Marriage certificate
Travel itinerary
Insurance
Hotel accommodation

Do I need to provide anything for my daughter?

Hi,
In reality your spouse is not supposed to provide that many documents. However since some consulates are using third part companies like BLS, they do find a way to make you provide more documents.

Since your daughter is a UK citizen and an EU citizen (for now till 2020-12-31), she is entitled to free movement and hence her passport is enough during the trip. You and her can walk in any EU country's immigration border-cross, show the passport, and enter the country with no questions.

For your spouse make sure to include her name in the hotel accommodation and itinerary as well.

Yes. You should address it to Spanish Consulate. I didn't have enough time to check the consulate's address.

Hope it all goes well.

Never had an error like that... might be your internet server provider issue or firewall.. then again I am not well versed in networking.
