EEA family permit/pre setteled for extended family member

Hi moderators/gurus.
I am a family member of eu citizen.
Currently have eu family resident card in Uk.

My brother is drug addicted using needles for addiction in his veins. He is HIV positive. In my home country there is no good medical services available.
Any visa option can I use to bring him here for treatment purposes.
I beg you all if some one knows.
Its question of his life.

Only EU national can sponsor another NON EU . He can apply extended family member EEA family permit. He need to show he is depended on your EEA family member

Hi All gurus moderators and board member.

I am non eu family member of eu citizen.
I want to bring my brother here in uk.
My wife has been sending money to my brother.
Can my wife sponser my brother (her brother in law) under eu immigration laws.

Or shall I wait until I get my PR.

Can I sponser extended family member after I got PR.
Does PR fall under british rules or Eu rules if some one aquired it through EEA rout.

They bring their Parents .. not Sister or brother .. Under EU Settlement Parent / Grandparent are Direct Family Member. Brother / sister / cousin still under EEA extended family member and it's not so easy unless they are fully dependent on the EU national

Dear Gurus, Moderators and all members.
I am a non eu citizen married to a Eu citizen.
We married in August 2014.
We moved into Uk on 20 March 2016.
Me and my wife have been working since we moved to Uk.

Now the thing is;
My all family is dependent on us i.e
mother (widowed),
sister(divorced)
brothers(jobless)
one brother with seriouse health condition, Brain T.B. Liver and kidney problems.

Bassically we have been sending them money thouroughly, but;
Only in my mother's name.
And from my name instead of my wife's name.

Main question is.
If my wife never have sent them money, is there any chance if we can prove dependency.

As money was never sent to my brother as it was always sent in mothers account (but enough for all family), can we use my mother's bank statement to support my brothers or sisters application as they live in the same house hold.

According to the information provided which family member is eligible for EEA family permit.

If non of above is possible, can we start sending money from now and apply after six months.

What will happen if we could not bring them before 31/12/2020.

Can my wife will able to apply for them if the new proofs until Dec 2020 will still not be enough.


Summary:
I want to bring all my family members. As my Father passed away last november. And they are helpless there and only dependant on us.

Please advise if there is any possiblity.

I am sorry since 2016 it's extremely difficult . You can still sponsor your mother under EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME but forget about others. It's near to impossible

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Ok so we can apply for my mother.

Today we filled application form, family permit under EU settelment scheme.

At the end we were asked :
Evidence that applicant is dependent on eu national setteled in uk.

From other member post I found that it is not an requirement as dependency is assumed, is that right? Is my case is same?

If yes please some help me with the reference which I could quote in the cover letter.

And also if it is a requirment can I use transfer reciepts of the remitances sent by in my name (non eu family member)
