Spouse visa

Post by Kara2020 » Wed Apr 01, 2020 12:12 pm

Hi, my husband has his 30 month leave to remain visa. When we reapply will we have to apply through the spouse route and is their a minimum income threshold for this type of visa? Visa ends jan 2021 how soon before that can he reapply?
Thank you

If that leave was granted under 5 years of route as the spouse of settled/British person then yes there is a financial threshold which can be met through various ways with most popular one of earning £18600 per year via paye employment or having six months old cash savings of £62500.
