FLR application refused am I eligible for Tier 2 general visa

Hi Team

I am here in London on Tier 2 since 4 years. my BRP card expired. I then applied for FLR. It got rejected.

1)Am I eligible to be hired by a UK employer and sponsor me Tier2?
2)Just in case my Tier 2 application successful, will the period between FLR rejection date till Tier 2 visa successful date be counted for my ILR?

No. Because it will not have been legal residence.

Your clock will have been reset to zero, assuming that you can apply for a Tier 2 visa, which I am not sure of.

Why did you not try to extend your Tier 2 visa before it expired? And what category of FLR did you apply for?
