UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas 1st Extension

Hi All,
I need help i came in 2016 , Dec on Tier 1 Entrepreneurs team 200k visa we are preparing to apply for extension. I made mistake in job creation i didn't know about two full time jobs. Someone told me in beginning that one full time and a part time job will be okay. But i am confused now what to do. My employees details are:-

A. Full time 30 hours/week ( for 32 months )
B. Part time 24 hours/Week ( 27 months )

C Part time 11 hours/week ( 4 months )

Rest every thing is okay genuine business i have invested over 300k and turnover is also over 600k/year every things is on books just only i made mistake in job creating. Can any one help please.!

Can anyone help me in this case please, Hope you understand my issue and please give me suggestions

Sorry but not sure there is anything to do to help here :(

It is unfortunate but it was your responsibility and there is very little leeway. You need another 8 months of part time job to qualify.

Since the requirement is 2 FT jobs of 12 months each, if your employee A has had a significant change of responsibilities during the 32 months, it may be possible to define that as two jobs. But it has to be a genuine change of job and HO may not accept it anyway.

Otherwise, it is a pity but there have been cases before where T1E applicants have been refused on similar case and had to go back in spite of doing well on all other elements.
