Depends leave to enter expires before travel

My wife and kids were recently issued tier 4 dependant visas however they won't be able to travel before the visa expires. What should we do?

You will likely need to apply for a replacement 30 day visa vignette when they are able to travel. Costs about £170 each.

How are we going to apply for the replacement vignette? At VFS? How do I contact them?

You apply online through ukvi. VFS offices are currently closed as far as I understand.
