Previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

I have another question please. I am applying for Naturalisation application and I have 4 passports in total, 2 of which cover the last 5 year period but I am in UK since 2009 (when I first arrived). On UKVCAS website (Sopra Steria) do I need to scan biometrics page of all 4 passports or just 2 passports that cover the last 5 year period. Just the passports covering the five years, only bio pages and any stamped pages.

Do I also need to scan my 2009 visa page on my first passport as well? No.

Just one more question, under the same section:

What does this refer to? I have got the following from the letter we get from home office upon approval:
Our Ref: 1 Letter 7 Digits / xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (1 Letter 7 Digits ref is same across all my applications)
Case ID: 9 Digits
Or is it a Biometric number?

Which reference number do we need to add.

Any help will be much appreciated.
