Child under 12 Born outside UK having ILR to Non British Parents

Hi,
I just want to enquire about my sons who both Got ILR along with us (Mother and Father) in October 2012 and both are under 12 years of age and are born outside UK(we all are Pakistani National).

My question is that i know that for Adults we need to waite for another 12 months before we can apply for Naturalization. But can i apply Naturalization for my sons now or they need to be applied along with parents after getting ILR. Secondky, under what section i need to apply for my sons?

They will qualify to apply when either parent is also applying.

They apply under section 3(1).

Children born abroad have no entitlement to register. They only qualify when either parent is also apply and it is an application at discretion.
