HO number is not working, no matter what option you choose option 1 or 2. its another way of wasting your money and also if you send an email, the reply will come in 2 weeks saying "we cant give any case specific status but we are processing apllications recieved on so and so date( which is not the case anyways)"

I know "Patience is a virtue" but there is a limit for everything. I feel soo bad for beingin such helpless sitaution. I hate to be in this situation but there is no way out, cant complain there is no wait out. just gotta deal with it. Really frustrated.............waiting for 10 weeks now.

I think if everybody can create a signature it will go a long way in helping us know your status and it will save you typing it over and over again, it will just come on anytime you send a message.

Follow the steps below to create one:

1. Sign in
2. At the top click on PROFILE
3. Scroll down and you'll see signature
4. Write the way i've written mine so that we can always figure out our timelines without asking anyone.

Thanks

Guys

To give you head up......

i have applied on 12th june wp to tier1

I have got the employeement offer letter in uk and teh same i had faxed to HO and they confirmed that they have taken my application on urgent basis and whiel stamping the visa they have found that my and my dependent spouse's photo were old hence i got the email from case worker asking for recent photo.. which i ded send today morning by special deliver......

He sais, as soon as he gets teh photo then he will arranhe the visa stamping on urgent basis......

also I had used latest photo for My daughter and son hence no issue with them

That means:::::::::

1- if one of you has got the offer letter please send it to HO for urgent treat meant
2- if any one of applicant or dependent had sent the old photo it's better to send the latest photograph othervise they will reject the photo and that may cause the delay....

i hole this will help.......

It looks to me that finding a job 1st to get the appointment letter and then asking for urgent request is the quickest way to get our doc's back ... just kidding ... :)

Called HO and the CC said to me that my case is still under consideration. It is with the manager for approval, and that the caseworker has finished her bits and passed to her manager. However, if the manager approves the case, it goes for stamping and if he/she doesnt approve it goes back to caseworker for refusal letter.

This sounds scary now, has anyone had the same experience with me.
Also why should a manager reject it wen the caseworker has check and approves it?

Anybody?

Hi Guys

if the case worker finished teh case then it has to go to manager for final approval(this is process) don't worry... you are almost there

For urgent treat ment > if you have the valid reason then only they will teeat the case as URGENT else they might ask you to widthraw the paper :)

i hope this might help

Not true, a friend of mine sent an offer letter and his urgent treatment was still not considered. Its random and subjective, basically depending on who picks up your fax and reads it.. Crazy and frustrating.
