Urgent visa to enter expiry

Dear Sirs
This website is amazing if you can assist with below
Visa for spouse and child recieved and expiry entry to UK is 13 April but due to current pandemic they unable to enter due date as there full lock down back home and no flights
Emailed home office cronoavirus team but they not helping that much as yet to wait for there reply
Emailed HO customer services (charge email ) they saying they cannot advice on this matter

Donot know what to do
Plz if you can assist regarding natter

When things return to normal you simply apply for a replacement 30 day visa vignette.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

It's seen that they providing standard reply
How can I apply for vignette extension and do I need to pay double fee four extension for both

Will it be a good idea to apply from now or leave to end I Mean 11 12th April

apply for it after it expires, but the offices are closed
im not sure how to pay for it, you may want to pre-book it first
