Got my stamp4 approval letter this week based on my IBC, After 10 long and and stressing months. DNA was requested plus everything else they could ask, I provides everything with no solicitor help. This process is a nightmare but thanks God has finished ,good luck to all who are waiting.
Please share your timeline, when did they ask for DNA and additional documents before sent approval ?

Thanks.
I applied after my baby got his passport , that was April 2019. I had DNA exam in October 19, and got the approved this February. Had 2 months delay for my fault and 1 month delay for Xmas, so total 7 months actually was the process time.

Hello everyone on this platform,i would like to know the timeframe for zambrano application because it is clearly stated on the INIS website that application normally takes 6 months to process.
After all the required documents have been submitted, what's suppose to be the ideal time to get an approval.
I look forward to hearing from you

normaly they extend it 3 years. First time they gave me 3 years stamp and after another 3 years i was given 3 years stamp again. They only extend stamp by 3 years. As for your second question about citizenship, you have to wait full five years in order to be able to apply for irish citizenship

i do not think it is good idea to request anything from INIS whatsoever. Even if you insist them to issue 3 years stamp for you, they would do it as they consider. You can just ask them the reason why they are giving you only one year stamp. There is new information on Inis site, between now and 20th may you can submit you documents by email for further extention

Yes they are. They specifically mentioned this in their Covid-19 FAQ document.
