Marriage Allowance Claim

Post by Kashi786a » Wed Apr 22, 2020 12:18 am

I am asking on behalf of my friend:

He is on spouse visa FLR(M) if his wife apply for marriage allownce is there any problem when he will apply iLR on 10 year route basis or through FLR(M)

Note: In council his wife is the main account applicant, his name added just as a husband.

Thanks in advance

If you are referring to the tax allowance, no problem. It's not a Public fund.

There won't be. The Marriage Allowance has no relevance to Public Benefits.
