You are therefore not married and will be viewed as an unmarried partner.Coming to main point... I married to British Citizen in Nov 2018( it was Islamic marriage) then I applied for spouse visa,
To marry in the UK, you both have to give 28 days notice at an HO approved Registry office. The Registry office then informs HO and this notice period can be extended to 70 days for HO to investigate and/or interview each of you separately. You will only be able to marry once HO gives approval for you to marry. My question is what if my British spouse wants to register the marriage with council will it benefit my case in any way?
Having made a number of applications to stay in the UK and overstaying, your chances are probably slim. Why can't you return home to apply?will there be any obstacles for me from home office?
Probably not good. What are the chances my application will be granted in current circumstances of immigration rules.
