hi, guys i have heard back from the department today saying that they are working on to develope the process which will deal with the cases impacted by chenchooliah judgement.

I get this same wording letter on 12 dec 2019.
Update on nadeem case, he ask to submit updated document of last two years.

Couple of friends have received a letter from Department that they are going to finalise chencholiah case by 29th of June.Most of them got those letter in march...

I donot receive any letter till now. Can you tell me what they do to get this letter. They write letter or there cases are in court.

Their solicitor asked to Department to get an update and as a reply they have received that letter.

I submitted my update document like bank statement, payslip and bills of last two years to repatriation unit, in letter, i ask for date of the decision or 29 june 2020 or I miss that letter, INIS states that they don't give any date yet, but inis will not cause any unnecessary delay to finalise the case.
Might be my case is not in priority, if someone get the decision than update it.

Update: nadeem case. he get the visa approval letter and gnib letter this week.
