Post by zeeshan81 » Tue May 05, 2020 1:59 pm

Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English?

the question is above.at the moment I am on ILR. Do I need to mention about ILR VISA OR ABOUT TIER 2 VISA.

It's the application where you had to demonstrate English last - either ILR or T2.

Just list your employment covering the last 10 years, irrespective of which visa you had at the time.

Provide as much detail as possible, estimated dates or month/year should be fine. The requirement is for the 10 years. HMRC seem to have only records going back five years but you can try and contact them for the data they have.

You seems reluctant in providing your employment history when was a student that wasn't a very long time ago as its record you or authorities can easily trace. Register with HMRC website then you will see your all previous employment history even when was student.

I just submitted the application. please answer me of my question. when I have to upload the documents shall I submit any covering letter.
Cover letters are not necessary unless there is something you wish to explain that couldn't be captured in the application sections.
I have submitted my naturalisation application and I have missed my last trip outside the country.i just mentioned my 5 years ILR TRIPS ,Please advice what should I do.
If the online application is still open you should upload an explanatory note. You are required to submit absence days for the five years back from the application date - not sure what you mean by ILR trips.

You could send an email with the details to Nationality_Enquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk - quote your Case ID when you get it, Name etc.
