No pdf attachment from Royal Society Endorsement

Post by Amy879 » Wed Apr 01, 2020 5:13 pm

Hello all,

I hope you are safe wherever you are.

I've just been endorsed for GTV by the Royal Society but there is no attached pdf of the endorsement letter, just an email. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, what did you do?

The stage 2 application requires the letter to be sent, would the email suffice?

I would appreciate any help with this.

Hello all,

I am from India. I have received MSCA funding and wish to apply for GTV Exceptional promise category. I have prepared all the required documents for stage 1.

I am wondering whether applying for an endorsement letter in the current situation would be appropriate or not! As per my understanding in order to complete my application, I need to submit hard copies of my documents to UK Home office, however, due to lockdown in my country as well as in the UK, I am unable to send it.

Any help/advice regarding this matter would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Stay safe

Hi,
For step 1 endorsement, online submission is done not hard copies.

As per the website
You do not need to send printed hard copies to Tech Nation or the Home Office.

Regards,
Jas
