Youth Caution & Citizenship

Post by ZeroOnPC » Fri May 08, 2020 10:20 pm

Hi there, I'm currently applying for citizenship as I have turned 18 and I had a question. When I was 16 I received a formal caution from Guards for something stupid me and my friends did. I was wondering if I had to mention this in my application.

Thanks in advance

Yes. You should mention it.

They can refuse solely on the basis of your failure to mention it. Whereas the haven't a clue how to refuse where offences are involved if you read the list of judgments in the past two years.
