ILR DOcuments help please

I have applied for my ILR in march 2019 as I have 10 employees working for my business and I was in Tier 1 entrepreneur visa. My partner has applied for an extension as he lives mostly abroad and invested with me

The home office refused me in Sept 2019 and I have filled for AR and got refused, then I have applied for an extension. I got my Extension in Oct 2019.

My question is my 5 years are going to be completed this December, I have a visa till 2021 Oct.

I have employees who were working in march till October will that employees time period will count to make 12 months full time each or my employee time will be count from Oct 2019 onwards?

Please help me and guide me with the best possibilities.

Only employment created after Oct 2019 counts towards ILR

I have a quick question what are the documents required Please guide me I want to ensure i am not missing any documents before submitting it please

1- Immigration history
2-BRP
3-Life in the uk pass test
4- Two Employees Paysslip, RTI covering 12 months
5- UK Degree taught in English
6- Personel Bank statement
7-Business bank status letter showing I hold business Bank and trading
8-two year or last year accounts only ?
9-Tax documents
Please guide me if i am missing any important document please, please help specially seniour memebrs over here and who have done online applicaion recenlt too .

Additionally you need:

a) Director job/role description
b) Employee job/role description
c) CAR
d) Employee settled status evidence i.e. passport/ILR.

Reading your previous history I can see you were correctly advised that you can only use employment created AFTER OCT 2019.

I am assuming you are depending on corona virus relaxation to make up for your jobs that have existed for 12 months each??
