Article 8 limited leave and renewal

My partner was granted he’s visa article 8 lotr based on he’s daughter,(not my daughter) hes 2.5 years will be expiring soon what form do we need to fill out to extend it?

FLR(FP) Parent route for a further 2.5 year extension.
(Casa, not CR001)

Avoid taking advice from this someone. Use Form FLR FP. When u read this form u understand that its the right one to use.
